Cosmetic bonding is the placement of tooth-colored filing material on front teeth to correct problems like gaps between teeth, chipped teeth, rough or jagged areas, and dull or stained teeth. The bonding is placed, sculpted, shaped, and polished in order to look like natural tooth.
Important to note:
- While cosmetic bonding is a cheaper alternative to porcelain veneers or crowns, it typically does not last as long or achieves as high aesthetic quality.
